lose 4-5 lbs, which I was delighted about. I was amazed that the
diet worked so well.
This is a great result and all
from eating right, no distressing workout plans or annoying carb
counting.
So, What is Fat Loss 4 Idiots exactly?

It is essentially a web based diet that allows you to
choose the meals you'd like to eat. When I heard that you could
pick the meals you wanted to eat I had to try it immediately. I
was skeptical at first, but after following the meal plan for a
full week I actually began to lose some real pounds! The Fat
Loss 4 Idiots program does work, and better than most of the
diets out there (believe me I've tried most of them).
/>Fat Loss 4 Idiots meals are made up of lean proteins, fruits
and vegetables, and fat sources from whole foods like cottage
cheese or eggs. There are also some starchy carbohydrates (such
as pasta and oats). The day is split into 4 meals that should be
eaten at a minimum of 2 1/2 hours apart. There is no calorie or
carb counting, and the portions can be as large as you want. Fat
Loss 4 Idiots only recommends that you "eat just short of being
full". After eleven days on the diet, you get to "cheat" for
three days.
The meal plan is created by selecting
from a list of your preferred foods. Fat Loss 4 Idiots then uses
the meals you've chosen to make a meal plan. This is my favorite
part of the diet; being able to choose the meals you'd like to
eat.

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots meal
plan is similar to that of a bodybuilder's "cutting" phase. This
diet plan centers around high protein, reducing carbs, and low
calorie intake. The weight lost is a mixture of water and
fat.
Remember, as long as you stop eating right
before you're stuffed, your portions can be as big as you'd
like. These meals are packed with protein and energy. You'll be
amazed how good you'll start feeling on this diet, especially
when you start shedding the excess pounds!
I am still
losing weight and still feeling great!
So to sum it
up, I would rate Fat Loss 4 Idiots a 9/10 overall. It is the
best web diet out there and one of the top three diets I have
ever tried.
